Tuition-Free Public Online School for Texas Students
Central Texas Innovation Academy (CTIA) is a fully accredited, tuition-free public virtual school operated by Copperas Cove ISD. Because we are state-funded, there is absolutely no tuition cost for eligible students in grades 3–12 residing anywhere within the state of Texas.
Are There Any Hidden Fees or Registration Costs?
No. Admission, registration, and daily course access are completely free. CTIA provides the same state-aligned curriculum and Texas-certified teacher instruction as a brick-and-mortar campus, without the financial burdens of private school tuition, uniform costs, or activity fees.
District-Provided Technology & Laptops
To ensure equity and digital access, Copperas Cove ISD offers district-issued technology to enrolled virtual learners. Students receive the necessary hardware, software access, and technical support protocols required to participate fully in our synchronous and asynchronous courses at zero cost to the family.
