Verification of Enrollment

Texas State Law requires all student driver license applicants under the age of 18 to prove active school attendance. Download the official Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form below. Please note that students must meet the mandatory 90% attendance threshold during the previous semester for our administration team to certify and sign this document.
